Meet Kramer, a super handsome young (approx 2 1/2 year old) english setter. Kramer came to us from abroad where he was abandoned by his former owner to a shelter. Fortunately our rescuer stepped in and got him safe.

Kramer is a very happy, energetic boy. He loves giving hugs and cuddling with his people, and playing with his toys. He also loves his walks. Besides cuddling his next favorite thing is taking in all that nature has to offer….watching birds, looking for critters, and generally being a setter! 😂

He is super playful with other dogs, but is quite an exuberant player. He is obsessed with cats, so it would be best to have a cat-free home for him. Once he gets his exercise and exploration done during the day, he is calm and peaceful at night.

Kramer is doing well with potty training, but does need access to a fenced yard. Someone with knowledge of the english setter breed would be ideal, but at a minimum an active family who loves being outdoors and wants a cuddly dog inside to share the couch with would also be perfect.
