Adopt Grillo

Meet Grillo, an adorable 15 month old shepherd mix, who came to us from Mexico.  When he first came into rescue he was a shy & timid dog. It took a few days in his foster home before Grillo bonded with his doggie foster sister and his family. Grillo has come a long way and he now loves to play with his foster brothers and is a very loving dog.  He would do best in a calmer house as loud noises do tend to bother him a bit, but overall he's doing great!

Grillo is very affectionate once he gets to know you. He loves to give kisses and hugs are his way of greeting you in the morning. Grillo likes to be near his foster parents but he is not a velcro dog. Grillo is a well mannered boy, being great in the home. He is potty trained and hasn’t had any accidents. He shows no signs of resource guarding with food or toys and gently takes treats. He likes to sleep on his dog bed or the couch or even the bed with you. He likes all toys and sometimes creates a little collection by his bed.

Grillo is sweet pup whose personality will shine with love and patience and kindness. Grillo will make a fantastic companion.
